We want you to love your STRIDE VNTR gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple and flexible.
HOW RETURNS WORK:
Deliveries: All orders are shipped with Aramex, straight to your door.
Returns: We use Australia Post for returns, so you can drop your parcel at any Post Office, Parcel Locker, or Parcel Collect location – whatever is easiest for you.
Step-by-Step:

Request a return label – Contact us at: sales@stridevntr.com.au with your order number. We will send you a prepaid Australia Post return label.

Pack your Item – Make sure it is unused, in original condition and packed securely.

Attach your label: Print and stick the prepaid label to the front of your parcel, or print the label/returns page and take it with you to the Post Office.

Drop it Off: Take it to your nearest Post Office or Parcel Locker. No queues, no fuss.
Conditions:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds are processed once we receive and check your return.
Why We Do It This Way
We ship with Aramex for fast, door-to-door delivery. For returns, we use Australia Post so you can choose the most convenient drop-off point – whether that’s your local Post Office or a 24/7 Parcel Locker. It’s about making things easy for you.
Exchanges:
We don't offer exchanges at this time, our gear is made in limited runs, so we focus on getting it right the first time. If something's not quite right, you're welcome to return it within 30 days for a refund. We're always here to help you choose the best fit before you order.
