By purchasing from STRIDE VNTR™, you agree to the following terms. These govern your use of our website and your purchase of products.

  1. Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes faulty stitching, zippers, or materials. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear. To claim, contact us at info@stridevntr.com.au with proof of purchase and photos.

  2. Returns & Refunds: We accept returns for faulty items under warranty. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

  3. Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  4.  Pricing & Payment: All prices are in AUD and include GST. We accept payment via PayPal and Debt/Credit Card. Prices may change without notice.

  5. Intellectual Property: All content, logos, and designs are owned by STRIDE VNTR™. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.
