Shipping and Delivery

📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy
•     Dispatch Schedule: Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday.
•     Processing Time: We aim to ship all orders within 1–4 business days. While we work hard to send orders within 24 hours, during busy periods (e.g. launches, sales, Christmas) dispatch may extend up to 48 hours.
•     Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

🏢 Business Addresses
If your order is being delivered to a business address, please include the company name to ensure smooth delivery.

🚫 Incorrect or Rejected Parcels
Parcels rejected by the receiver or sent to an incorrect address may be returned to sender. In such cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to resolve the situation.

💲 Currency
All product prices and payments are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
🇦🇺 Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)
•     Courier Costs: Shipping charges are dictated by Sendle, our delivery partner.
