To get the most out of your Water Bladder:

1. Empty and rinse it

2. Fill with a cleaning solution of warm water and either a mild dish soap or baking soda.

3. Scrub the inside with a brush, especially the tube, and rinse everything thoroughly with hot water before air-drying it completely to prevent mould. 

Your STRIDE VNTR™ gear is backed by a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If your item fails due to a material or workmanship failure, we’ll repair or replace it. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
