Running has always been more than just movement to me. I grew up running, from school carnivals to state championships (though I never quite won the ultimate prize). It was my outlet and my community. I was fiercely competitive throughout school, chasing the school records for my age group each year.

But what stuck with me in the end wasn't the medals, it was the mindset. The discipline, resilience, and grit to get it done and push harder.

Now, years later, running is still central to my life, not just as an athlete, but as co-founder of Stride VNTR™ It's the heartbeat of our brand, and it makes me so happy to see something I always thought would be a big part of my life take shape in this new journey!

Community First:

I’ve spent my entire adult life serving in the Australian Defence Force, and naturally, it’s become a huge part of who I am. Ask anyone who has served, and they will tell you that the best part is the camaraderie and mateship with those you serve alongside.

Eventually, when the time comes to close the door on our Defence careers. We want to carry forward the resilience we learned, building something that grows within our communities with the same discipline, grit, and big, hard goals — surrounded by amazing people to share the journey with.

Running is better together. Whether you're chasing a PB or enjoying a sunrise jog, every story matters!
